REFUNDS & RETURNS
MACH5IVE GENERAL ITEM RETURN POLICY
In most cases, items shipped from Mach5ive can be returned within 30 days after delivery. You will receive an e-mail containing the shipment date and other details of your order after it has been shipped. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. Please contact us before returning a defective item in order to receive the return shipping address and other instructions.
14 DAY PRODUCT GUARANTEE
- Did your item arrive damaged, different or not working? If so, you are protected and can make a claim. The procedure is outlined below:
- Within 30 days of receiving the product contact us with a photo or video explaining the issue and whether you want a refund or replacement.
- We will review the claim and contact you if we need more information. If Approved, we will refund or send you a new item. You may also be asked to return the product.
- Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns)
- No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
